90 days to health

December 19th I started a 90 days to health goal. For 90 day I will track what I eat, what I work out, weight and other random things. The goal is this will help get me into a consistent pattern of healthy-ness every day! At the end of 90 days I will post all the stats and hopefully see results :-)

I love to do these workouts and really like to make up my own combinations. I made this sheet for anyone who wants to try but also for myself. I have a little note book with them so here’s just a few. remember go at your own pace but push yourself. Even if its just one more than you want to.
I have a gymboss interval timer but you can also get an interval timer app but i’m sure you could also find one on the computer if need be.

Plank Tuck Jumps
Plank Knee to Elbow
Side Plank Knee to Elbow
Plank Jacks
T-Push Ups with weights
Push Up And Row
Bicycle Crunches
Weighted Swings #3
Russian Twist
Curtsy Lunge 
Oblique V Ups
Supermans except without the stability ball
Burpee + Tuck Jump
Dead Lift
Elevated plank
Squat and Press
Squat or Lunge and Kick 
Mt. Climbers
Tricep Dips
In and Out Abs: Staring in a V extend legs out and In.
Spider knee: Bringing one leg to your chest then rotating it out to the side and back to plank. Alternate 
3 Point Jump Is jumping to the side, the middle then the other side.
Side Burpee: Regular burpee but instead of jumping to a plank you jump to a side plank. Make sure you place your hands evenly on the ground before you jump and go at your own pace.

I’ve officially lost ten pounds since I began eating healthy and exercising in January! I know it seems like such a long time to have “only” lost ten pounds, but most of the weight I had to lose were “vanity pounds” which take a lot longer to shed than truly excess body weight that your body does not need (or want!) on it. So if you’ve thought about getting into fitness and have more than twenty pounds to lose, don’t let the amount of time it took me to lose ten pounds discourage you, because I guarantee you that the excess weight comes off much faster than the vanity pounds. My first few pounds came off like magic!
Now Summer is right around the corner and I feel healthy and strong, I have biceps and obliques (which I have never had before!) and a six pack that is well under way to showing all the time, not just when I flex.(:
Getting fit has been one of the best lifestyle choices I have ever made!(:

Ingredients:
1or 2 cups baby spinach (washed and dried)
1/2 cup water
1/2 to 1 cup pineapple
1/2 banana
a few ice cubes
1 tsp Splenda or Stevia sweetener
Directions:
Throw it all into the blender and whir it up! Add more ice or water until the consistency is what you like. (I like mine with a lot of ice, but that’s just me)
Drink up that yummy goodness!
